This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit turnr.se (the “Site”) or use our return service (the “Return Service”) at one of our merchants.

We use, as a controller, the Return and Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any returns and orders through the Return Service (including processing your potential refund, arranging for shipping, and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site and Return Service(for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We may also share your Personal Information with third parties needed to complete the return, and/or order process (Merchant, Delivery company, Payment provider, etc.). Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.From time to time we may transfers Personal Information from the EU/EEA to a third country not being approved by European commission as a safe country for such transfer (adequacy decision). Whenever applicable Rearive will use
Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure a similar level of protection as granted within the EU/EEA or other lawful grounds for transfer.

This only includes the Personal Information you have submitted to us.

You have the right to request rectification of your Personal Information if they are incorrect, including the right to have incomplete Personal Information completed. If you have a Rearive account or membership you can edit your Personal Information under your account and membership pages.

You have the right to erase any Personal Information processed by Rearive at any time.Your right to object to processing based on legitimate interest: You have the right to object to processing of your Personal Information that is based on Rearive:s legitimate interest.
